WINDUST project

Promoted by: Italian Ministry of Environment, University of Tuscia, Peking (Beijing) municipality (Environmental Protection bureau), Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Main scientifi objectives:

Development of emission inventory in suburban areas of Beijing and Alashan desert area.

Proposal of pilot projects to fight desert storms.

FAI Instruments involvement:

The company cooperated in the definition of the instrument technical specifications suitable to satisfy the project needs.

Development of a special Fast Multichannel OPC Monitor, operating at 2 l/m sampling rate and suitable to supply in real time and in continuous the suspended particulate matter ( > 0.3 µm ) granulometric distribution.
